Hi, my name is Grace. This is my love story about a girl who stumbles through life looking for completion in various ways, until she happens upon two very needy mutts. Joni is the oldest mutt, discovered while gallivanting around Independence Boulevard. She had scars and bruises from her time on the streets. Joni has come a long way and is now a loving protector and the best cuddler I know. Cash was rescued from a poorly managed rescue. Joni needed a partner-in-crime and Cash was the perfect addition to our household. He is a beautiful, two year old Husky who causes nothing but trouble. Completing our family unit are three kitties, Honky Cat, Trans Am and Tom Cat. Honky Cat & Trans Am were along way before the pups. I adopted Tom Cat from a wonderful woman who is battling cancer and no longer able to care for him.
